Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • French level B2C1 (native preferred for some roles)

  • English level B1B2

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred, not required)

  • EU citizenship or valid work visa

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, Spain, or Portugal
