Salary: 1,500 x 14 months + bonus + benefits + meal allowance

Role: Finance Team Lead (AP / ARO2C / R2R / GL)

We are urgently seeking a Finance Team Lead with C1C2 English fluency to supervise and develop our Finance & Accounting team across multiple operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Finance & Accounting team across AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and GL.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely achievement of all SLAs and KPIs.

• Manage invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Required Skills & Experience

• English level C1C2 (mandatory).

• Proven experience leading finance teams in AP, AR-O2C, R2R, or GL functions.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with excellent communication abilities.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).

• Experience with multi-country and multi-currency operations is an advantage.
