RM8,500 – RM8,900 (Language allowance included) | 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 days work / 2 off) | Onsite | WFH 1 month (until visa approval) | ASAP Start

We are hiring a Native Taiwanese Customer Success Specialist to join a high-performing international customer support team based in Penang, Malaysia (Livingstone).

This is a premium opportunity for native speakers looking for a stable, well-paid customer experience role in a structured global support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with online orders and service-related queries

  • Handle inbound calls and email communication professionally

  • Process payments and sensitive customer data securely

  • Ensure accurate and compliant handling of all customer information

  • Escalate priority issues when required

  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience processes

Requirements:

  • Native Taiwanese speaker (C1+ minimum required)

  • Fluent in English (B2 level or above)

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred

  • Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)

  • Strong customer service mindset and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

  • Call centre experience is an advantage
