Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to support customers through inbound calls and email channels. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating effectively, and building a career in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and email channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on customer needs
- Educate customers on self-service options and automated banking channels
- Conduct callback verifications for transaction confirmations when required
- Follow up with customers for supporting documentation and verification purposes
- Clarify customer concerns, investigate issues, and provide appropriate resolutions
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) related tasks when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent and above
- Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive rapport
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in banking or financial institution customer service is an added advantage
