Salary: 23,000euro per year + 2,500euro relocation bonus (paid in the first payslip) + bonus & benefits

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive performance across key client campaigns.

What Youll Do

• Optimize and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI

• Support digital marketing strategy across multiple channels

• Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment

• Ensure continuous campaign optimization using best practices and analytical tools

What Were Looking For

• German language proficiency

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
