What you will do

• Provide empathetic, accurate, and efficient support to the community.

• Stay up to date on products, services, and company policies.

• Investigate and resolve issues such as account access or reported content.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

• Identify process improvements and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements

• Spanish: Native or C2 level.

• English: B2 (spoken and written).

• Up to 1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Process Management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and empathy.

• Very good technical and computer skills.
