Responsibilities:
⬛ Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone.

⬛ Share feedback with the team to improve service.
⬛ Take part in professional training programs.
Requirements
- German (C1+) + strong English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Ready to relocate to Greece (relocation covered)
