Responsibilities:
⬛ Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone.

⬛ Take part in professional training programs.

Requirements

• German (C1+) + strong English
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Ready to relocate to Greece (relocation covered)
