Job Title: Senior O2C Specialist (German Speaker)
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
Start Date: May 2026 onwards

Overview

We are hiring a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to join a global finance operations team in Porto. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in Accounts Receivable / O2C looking to take ownership and lead processes within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes end-to-end

• Ensure accuracy in invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

• Manage escalations and complex billing issues

• Maintain compliance with financial controls and internal policies

• Work closely with stakeholders and support process improvements

• Mentor junior team members and support team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 5–7 years experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
  (minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role)

• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance

• Advanced Excel & reporting skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)

• Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills

• Experience in international / multi-currency environments

• Leadership and mentoring abilities

• German (C1+) + English (C1)

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

• Weekends off

• On-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €1,757.10 x 14 months

• Meal allowance: €7.63/day

• Welcome bonus (paid monthly across first year)
