Are you fluent in German (B2–C2) and English (B2–C2) and ready to launch or grow your career by the coast? Were actively hiring for an international online retail project supporting customers in both languages.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Deliver professional service in German and English
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Requirements
- German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)
