German-Speaking Customer Service Consultant
Umhlanga, Durban | On-Site | Start Date: March / April

Fluent in German (B2–C2) and looking for an exciting opportunity by the coast? Join an international online retail project supporting customers in German and English. Fresh graduates welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries

  • Deliver professional service in German and English

  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements

  • German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)

  • Good command of English

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

  • Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)

  • Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
