Customer Success Specialist (Local) – Mandarin + Cantonese | Penang (Livingstone)

We are currently hiring a Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist for a leading customer support operation based in Penang (Livingstone).
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in a structured, fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and other channels
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, and service requests
Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Adapt communication style based on customer needs and situations
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin + Cantonese
B2 level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 6 months customer service experience (preferred)
Fresh graduates welcome (especially Communication / English / related fields)
Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Offer:
RM4000–4500 base salary
RM700 KPI bonus
13th month salary
