Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
EU Passport required
️Languages: Polish (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
️Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad
What You'll Be Doing:

Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy

Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries

Record customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation

Escalate complex issues when necessary to internal teams
