Looking for an international career opportunity in Greece? We're hiring French, Dutch, Swedish, German, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Portuguese and Japanese speakers for a range of Customer Service and Customer Expert positions, with remote opportunities across Greece!
Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece
Employment: Full-time | 40 hours/week
Intakes: November / December 2026
Schedule: Rotational shifts | 2 days off
Work model: Remote inside Greece for most language teams; Finnish role is on-site
Salary & Benefits by Language
French
- €1,045.72 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €240, depending on the team
- Sales-focused teams: quarterly sales bonus of up to €900 gross
- Selected remote teams: return flight ticket home every 6 months
- On-site teams: transportation bonus of up to €100/month, depending on attendance
- Selected teams: hybrid work with up to 60% remote
- Comprehensive training: 2 weeks of customer care and 1–2 weeks of sales training
Dutch
- €1,300–€1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €250
- Selected teams: training completion bonus of up to €450 gross
- Selected on-site teams: additional one-time bonus of up to €450 after 12 months
- On-site teams: transportation bonus of up to €100/month, depending on attendance
Swedish
- €1,300–€1,350 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €200
- On-site teams: transportation bonus of up to €100/month
- Selected teams: training completion and retention bonuses
- Selected travel teams: up to 2 free flight tickets per year for top performers
German
- €1,300–€1,400 gross/month × 14 salaries

- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €200
- Transportation bonus of up to €100/month, depending on on-site attendance
Norwegian
- €1,300–€1,500 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €200 or 20% of gross salary, depending on the team
- On-site teams: transportation bonus of up to €100/month
- Selected teams: training completion bonus and additional payments after 6 and 12 months
Portuguese
- €1,045.72–€1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to €300 or 20% of gross salary, depending on the team
- Selected on-site teams: transportation bonus of up to €100/month
- Selected teams: food allowance of up to €80/month, based on attendance
- Retention payments: €300 after 3 months and €500 after 9 months in selected teams
Japanese
- €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to 20% of gross salary
- One-time training completion bonus of €100 gross
- Accommodation bonus of €100 gross/month during the first year
- Flight ticket home every 6 months of completed tenure
- One-time relocation bonus of €300 gross after 6 months
Additional bonuses and benefits depend on the assigned team and work arrangement.
Relocation Support
For eligible candidates relocating to Greece:
- One-way flight ticket
- Transportation costs
- Two weeks of hotel accommodation
- Real estate and administrative assistance
- Support finding long-term accommodation, including options around €300/month
Eligibility Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in one of the advertised languages
- Good English communication skills, where required by the assigned team
- EU citizenship or an existing valid Greek residence permit with work authorisation
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- For remote positions, candidates must reside in Greece
- Finnish position is on-site
No visa sponsorship is available. Relocation support does not include visa sponsorship.
