German Junior Campaign Specialist (Hybrid in Barcelona)

What Youll Do:

• Onboard new clients and support them in launching their first  campaigns
• Act as a trusted consultant and identify customer needs and advertising goals

• Drive upsells, campaign optimization, and customer retention

  Handle a high volume of calls to support clients with their 

  digital strategy

What Were Looking For:

• Native-level German (C2) and high-level English

• Bachelors degree (Marketing/Communications a plus)

• 1-2 years experience in sales or online marketing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset and customer-oriented attitude

What We Offer:

• Permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday (39h/week)
