Location: Fully Remote (Based in the Baltics)

Salary: Minimum 2,000/month (gross)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international support team.
This is a remote position for candidates based in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania), offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Danish-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with product or service inquiries
- Accurately record and follow up on customer requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (C2 level)
- Good English communication skills (B1 or above)
- Living in the Baltics or willing to relocate at your own expense
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work remotely
