Are you a South African citizen with German language skills (B2–C2) and ready for an exciting career at the coast? Were hiring on-site German-speaking customer service consultants for a global online retail project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
• Deliver professional service in German and English

Requirements

• German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
• Good command of English
• SA citizenship or right to work in South Africa is required
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail a plus)
• Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)
