Multilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote – Türkiye)

We are looking for multilingual speakers to join a customer support team for an international project.

Location: Remote within Türkiye
Employment: Full-time (shift-based)

Languages (one required):
German or Dutch or Sorani Kurdish

What youll do:
Support users via chat, email, and/or phone
Resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
Document cases clearly and follow internal quality standards
Collaborate with the team to ensure a strong customer experience

What were looking for:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic English for internal communication
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Experience is a plus (training provided)
