Job Overview:
We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join an international technology company in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a non-sales, client-facing role focused on onboarding, product adoption, and customer enablement within a structured implementation journey of 5–10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for active customers
Deliver demos and presentations using provided materials
Tailor solutions based on customer needs and business use cases
Guide customers through product implementation (5–10 week cycle)
Share best practices to improve adoption and engagement
Monitor customer adoption rates and provide ongoing support
Ensure a smooth and successful customer experience throughout the lifecycle
Requirements:
Portuguese (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking on camera in a professional setting
Technically savvy with ability to understand digital tools and platforms
Previous experience in Customer Success, Support, Training, or B2B environments is a plus
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
