Responsibilities

  • Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and community guidelines
  • Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
  • Maintain quality and productivity targets (KPIs and SLAs)
  • Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
  • Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
  • Stay attentive to internal communications and process changes
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Language

  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

Essential Skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good multitasking and time management skills
  • Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling sensitive content
  • Willing to work rotational shifts

Technical Skills
