Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – E-commerce

Remote in Portugal | Full-time

Are you passionate about helping people and looking to build an international career? We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a dynamic and multicultural team supporting a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

Your role

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and social media
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Handle inquiries about product availability and services
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach

What you bring

• min C1 level Dutch and good command of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• International mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
