π Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00

π What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone in a helpful and friendly manner
- Resolve inquiries related to products, accounts, orders, or general support

- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses
