Are you a native-level Danish speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Danish and English.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and general support queries
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements
Danish proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2–C2
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

Salary: EUR 1300–1500 gross per month
