About the Role

We are looking for a fluent Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Expert to join an international customer operations team in Portugal.

In this role, you will assist customers with enquiries, manage service-related requests, provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work in an international environment, following established procedures and maintaining high service-quality standards.

Previous Customer Service experience is desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance in Turkish.
• Manage customer requests and operational queries efficiently.
• Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards and service-level requirements.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional support or escalation is required.

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish proficiency (C1–C2 level).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous Customer Service or Customer Support experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site environment.
• Customer-oriented, organised and detail-focused approach.
• Must be an EU citizen or hold valid Portuguese residency with authorisation to work in Portugal.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Gross Compensation – Without Apartment

• Base salary: €1,099.00
• Holiday allowance: €91.58
• Christmas allowance: €91.58
• Meal allowance: €154.00
• Total gross monthly package: €1,436.16

Additional benefits:

• Health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.
• Meal allowance paid through a debit meal card.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments by default.
• Potential productivity bonus based on performance and/or attendance, depending on project-specific targets.

Training

• Training duration: 6 working days.
• Training allowance: €21.36 per day.
• Total training compensation: €106.80, payable upon successful completion.

Contract Details

• A Selection Agreement is signed to manage the final stage of recruitment.
• Successful candidates will sign an employment contract for an unspecified term, with an expected duration of 12 months.
• Employment beyond 2 years will transition to a permanent employment relationship.
• Portuguese employment contract.
• Income tax and Social Security contributions are deducted from gross compensation, excluding the meal allowance.
• Social Security is charged at the standard employee rate of 11%. Income tax depends on the employee's individual tax profile.

Only EU citizens or candidates who already hold valid Portuguese residency with the right to work in Portugal are eligible.
