Customer Success Specialist (Local) – Mandarin + Cantonese | Penang (Livingstone)
RM4000–4500 + RM700 KPI + 13th Month Salary | 5-day work week (Rotational shifts) | Onsite | ASAP Start

We are currently hiring a Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist for a leading customer support operation based in Penang (Livingstone).

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences in a structured, fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and other channels

  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, and service requests

  • Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support

  • Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Adapt communication style based on customer needs and situations

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin + Cantonese

  • B2 level English proficiency (spoken and written)

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience (preferred)

  • Fresh graduates welcome (especially Communication / English / related fields)

  • Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory
