What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success.

Requirements

• C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent)
• C1–C2 English
• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, including roles such as Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound Sales, or similar
• Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Important Eligibility

Applicants must already be living in Spain.

No relocation support or visa sponsorship is available. Candidates who are not currently residing in Spain will not be considered.
