About the job Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese) /Fresh graduate
We are currently hiring Mandarin & Cantonese speakers for an international customer support project.
Job Scope
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and product support
Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and mobile operating systems
Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any field
Able to communicate in English + Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
