Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HRO Team Lead to join a multinational technology company based in PG Livingston. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, BPO experience, and the ability to manage daily team operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within the HR Operations (HRO) function
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
Handle escalations and support operational issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Previous Team Leader experience preferred
HR Operations / HR-related experience preferred
Experience working in a BPO/shared services environment is required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
