Customer Success Specialist (Local) – Cantonese | Banking Sector | Kuala Lumpur (GTower)

We are currently hiring a Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a leading banking support environment based in Kuala Lumpur (GTower).

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and supporting clients in a structured financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on self-service banking options and digital channels

  • Conduct callback verification for transactions and request supporting documents when needed

  • Identify customer needs, analyse issues, and provide appropriate solutions

  • Perform KYC-related tasks when required

  • Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience in every interaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Cantonese (C1 level) and strong English communication skills

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset

  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
