We are currently hiring Assisted Sales Advisors to join a leading tech project in Penang. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with sales or customer-facing experience who enjoy engaging with customers and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Package:
Basic Salary: MYR 3800 gross/month
Language Allowance: MYR 300

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and sales support
Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs
Deliver professional and high-quality customer experiences
Achieve sales and performance targets
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Fluent Bahasa Melayu and English communication skills (C1 preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, telesales, customer service, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Comfortable working rotational shifts
Malaysian citizens only
