Portuguese speaking Customer Account Representative

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking (Native European) + English (B2) Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant and multicultural team in Covilhã, Portugal! If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Your Role:

✔ Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.
✔ Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
✔ Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.
✔ Escalate complex cases when necessary.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
