About the job IT Helpdesk Specialist (English - speaking)
Are you looking to start or grow your career in the technology and software industry? We’re hiring Technical Support Agents with fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, or German, to assist with a project for a leading global software development company.
📅 Start Date: June 23, 2025
🏢 Work Mode: Remote from Spain, except the islands and Galicia region, they are not included.
🔎 Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or training in IT technologies, particularly Cloud, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
- Mandatory previous experience as an IT support Agent
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving
- Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
- Eu passport
