About the job Polish speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they get the most out of our services and tools. Your responsibilities include:
Providing support via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
Assisting users with self-service solutions and helping them reach their goals
Offering both pre- and post-sales support across our product suite
Delivering clear guidance on how to use digital tools efficiently
Spotting common trends or issues and supporting improvements
Representing the customers voice by sharing feedback with internal teams
