About the job German User Support Coordinator| Remote in Greece
We are looking for a bilingual customer advisor (German + English) to join our team remotely in Greece. Start date: as soon as possible.
Your role as a bilingual customer advisor:

Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers

Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database

Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaint escalation policy

Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately

Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training

Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Working hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm (Greek time)

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Greek time)

40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
Please note: remote work is allowed only within Greece. You will receive a desktop for work purposes. Travelling or working from outside Greece is not permitted.
Requirements:

High school diploma or higher

Native or fluent German speaker

Good level of English (C1 minimum)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Customer-oriented mindset
