Italian Speaking Reservations Agent Join Our Team in Malta!

Are you fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)? Do you have a passion for customer service and sales? Were looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team and assist customers over the phone with their inquiries.

Your Role:

Handle incoming calls and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve performance targets in sales, call handling & quality
Provide excellent customer support & handle reservations efficiently
Assist other markets by managing cross-market calls
Manage customer complaints professionally
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

What Were Looking For:

Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1)
Experience in sales and/or customer service
Strong communication skills both written & spoken
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Typing speed of 25 WPM

Working Hours:
