Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation) German Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal!

Your Mission:
As a Video Content Analyst, your role will be to moderate written content, ensuring compliance with policies, especially regarding fraud detection and copyright infringement. You'll also support users and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or chat, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
Native-level German written & spoken skills (minimum B2-level English required)
At least 12 months of direct customer service experience (B2B/B2C, preferably in a contact center)
Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
Good understanding of KPIs, FCR, SLA, and CSAT
Ability to adapt and learn new processes in a dynamic environment
European nationality or Portuguese work permit required
Flexible to work in shifts (8 AM 8 PM, Monday to Sunday)
