Spanish Business Consultant Athens, Greece - ONSITE with Relocation Package

The conditions are according to the following requirements:

- Knowledge of fluent Spanish & English (B1/B2);
- Writing Speed: 25 words per minute.
- Starting date: June & July 
- Salary: 1045,72 euros (x14) + monthly performance bonus 
- Additional bonus :

• 300 euros upon completion of 3 months
• 300 euros upon completion of 6 months.

- 40 Hours per week, 8 hours per day (5 days per week) on a rotational shift pattern.
- Travel Expenses: Paid by our client;
- Accommodation: Our client offer the first 14 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations;
- Initial Contract: 6/12 months (renewable)
- Health Insurance Coverage by the Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private health care for all employees

Responsibilities:
- To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
- To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
- To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy.
- To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
- To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Please see below the relocation package in are coming from abroad:

1. Booking and paying for your travel tickets and a taxi to transfer you from the airport to the hotel.
2. Up to two weeks accommodation in a hotel close to our premises provided by the company.
3. We will help you in order to find an apartment to stay either alone or share one with a colleague.
4. The company also offers Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits.
