Content Moderator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Italian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. As a Content Moderator, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment on our platform. Your main role will be to review and evaluate user-generated content according to our community guidelines and policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review user-generated content including text, images, videos, and comments on the platform.

• Ensure all content complies with company policies, legal regulations, and community standards.

• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or illegal content promptly.

• Flag and escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior moderators or legal teams.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent moderation standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.

• Good command of Italian and English
  

• Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Start Date: 12 June 2025
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00
Days Off: 2 rotating days off (including 1 weekend off per month)
Work Type: On-site
Salary: 970 euros monthly (Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)
