About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, your mission will be to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients across the EMEA region. You'll serve as the initial point of contact for companies exploring digital growth solutions, helping them uncover their needs and align with the right services.
This role is highly sales-driven, with a focus on outbound engagement, relationship building, and qualifying opportunities to support the wider business development strategy. You'll contribute both independently and collaboratively to build strong client relationships and drive pipeline generation.
Your Responsibilities
Reach daily/weekly KPIs and sales goals
Manage a diverse portfolio of prospects, identifying high-potential accounts
Educate businesses on digital marketing and cloud-based solutions
Conduct outbound outreach to C-level executives
Align business challenges with digital solutions using a consultative approach
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
Support team objectives in a collaborative environment
Proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities via calls, emails, and CRM
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
C2/C1 level in German, fluency in English
Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (tech/digital focus preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and influencing skills
Understanding of IT/cloud solutions (Google Cloud is a plus, not mandatory)
Proactive, driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce (not mandatory)
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
1+ year in outbound sales or the tech industry (not mandatory)
Experience with cold calling/high-volume outreach (not mandatory)
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar), (not mandatory)
Familiarity with the European digital market and sales cycles (not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, permanent (39h/week, MonFri)
Hybrid work model in Barcelona
25,440 gross/year + up to 6,360 gross/year in bonuses
