Key Responsabilities

- Be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

What Were Looking For

- Fluent Italian (C2/native) and B2-level English

- Strong communication skills youre chatty, empathetic, and positive

- Curious, quick to learn, and comfortable using tech tools Based in Portugal (or ready to relocate we can help!)
