Your Role
As a Developer Support Agent, you'll be a vital part of a high-impact team dedicated to supporting developers using a widely-used platform. Your responsibilities will include:

️ Managing and resolving developer issues, including escalations and appeals

Communicating clearly via email and chat, simplifying complex topics

Conducting in-depth research with strong attention to detail

Reviewing and proofreading documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy

Providing policy guidance with empathy and professionalism

Collaborating with team members to uphold high-quality service standards
Your Profile
Were looking for individuals with:

Native-level Turkish and strong English communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

A sharp eye for detail and strong comprehension skills

Comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Empathy for developers and a deep understanding of digital tools
Experience in customer or technical support is a plus, but not required we offer full training!
Training & Onboarding
You'll receive comprehensive training (in English) over the course of 20 days to ensure you're fully equipped for success. This includes:

Integration into the team and project tools

Technical and product-specific knowledge

Communication best practices for email and chat

On-the-job support as you transition into live operations
Working Conditions

Contract Type: Initial temporary contract, with the possibility of long-term employment

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), rotational shifts Monday to Friday, 07:00 19:00

Location: Hybrid model work both remotely and onsite

Vacation: Annual paid leave according to Portuguese labor law
