Job Title: English-Speaking Customer Support Expert
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

  • Fluent in English (C1 level) written and spoken

  • Strong communication and empathy skills

  • Ability to assist via chat, email, and phone

  • Comfortable handling sensitive content

  • Fast learner with a growth mindset

  • Available to work on rotating shifts (Monday Sunday)

  • Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support SMBs with their presence on the platform

  • Provide solution-focused support using Metas advertising tools

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions
