Ability to assist via chat, email, and phone

Available to work on rotating shifts (Monday Sunday)

Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit
Your Responsibilities:

Support SMBs with their presence on the platform

Provide solution-focused support using Metas advertising tools

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions
