Responsibilities

Provide customer support for marketing and advertising products.

Assist clients with paid campaign management, performance follow-up, and optimization.

Guide users on best practices in digital advertising and social media tools.

Troubleshoot issues related to marketing platforms or campaign execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and deliver high-quality service.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Arabic + strong English.

  • Mandatory: hands-on experience with paid campaign management.

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Professional experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Experience in a Contact Center or support environment for an Advertising Tech company.
  • Strong understanding of social media products, digital advertising basics, and campaign workflows.

  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
