About the job Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens.

Contract: Temporary, 8 months
Languages required: Dutch and English (both fluent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00

Work model:
Training and nesting period are on site for candidates based in Attica.
After 90 days there is a possibility to work from home, depending on performance and metrics.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
Provide excellent service across different communication channels
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch and English
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work on site during the first 90 days
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
