About the Role

You will support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional service experience.
No previous experience is required all training is included.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly support to Danish-speaking customers
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Identify customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions
• Ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction
• Follow internal guidelines and contribute to continuous service improvement

Requirements

• Danish native or C2 level (spoken & written)
• English B2+ for internal communication
• No previous experience required full training provided
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Willing to relocate to Greece, or already living in Greece
• EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
