French Speaking Customer Support Advisor-

On-site | Porto

We are recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a growing team in Porto. You will support customers through multiple channels, helping with subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and general enquiries. No experience is required — full paid training is provided so you can start with confidence.

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

• Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

What Youll Do

• Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly way

• Provide clear answers and personalized solutions on every interaction

• Support customers with subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting

• Work closely with your team and contribute to a positive work culture

What Were Looking For

• Native or C2-level French

• No previous experience required

• Strong communication skills

• European citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

• Customer-focused, reliable, and motivated

Salary & Compensation

Minimum Salary

• €930 gross per month (base salary, paid x14)

Maximum Salary

• Up to approximately €1,383 gross per month (including base salary, meal allowance, and performance bonus)

Salary Package Includes

• Base salary: €930/month (x14)

• Meal allowance: €9 per working day

• Performance bonus:

  • €100/month during the first 3 months

  • Up to €100/month after, based on performance

• Language bonus: €0
