• Communicate with customers via phone & email

• Support customers with basic technical/logistics issues

What you need:

• Fluent Italian (written & spoken)

• Good English

• Positive attitude, communication skills & willingness to learn

• Comfort using computers & digital tools

• Previous experience is not required (but welcome!)
