About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Youll ensure clear communication, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

No previous experience is required — full paid training and continuous support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support to Dutch-speaking customers

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Identify customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions

• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction

• Follow company procedures and contribute to service improvements

Requirements

• Dutch native or C2 level (spoken and written)

• English B2+ for internal communication

• No previous experience required — full training provided

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based in Greece

• EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
