Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new B2B leads

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls and manage the full sales cycle

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients

• Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions

• Achieve monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualification, and conversions

• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales strategy and client success

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (mandatory)

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising

• Strong knowledge of business development, prospecting, lead generation, and qualification

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
