What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian across exciting projects (e-commerce, travel, tech, lifestyle, and more).

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism, empathy, and care.

• Understand client needs and offer smart, effective solutions.

• Create a positive experience for every customer, every time.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Italian (C1+), written and spoken.

• Good English skills (B1+) for internal communication.

• A natural communicator with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Motivation to relocate to Greece for a new adventure or already based there.

• EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit.
