About the Role

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Advisors for one of the leading international customer experience companies in Greece.
You will support German customers by phone, email, or chat, providing assistance, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Assist customers in German via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information

  • Follow internal procedures and ensure high-quality customer service

  • Maintain customer records and escalate complex cases when needed

  • Contribute to a positive and professional support environment

What We Are Looking For

  • German level B2 or higher (mandatory)

  • Good communication skills in English (B1+)

  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • EU Passport or EU Residence (for relocation support)
